1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Charges
Nextone ships to all serviceable residential and commercial pincodes across India.
- Shipping Fee: We offer FREE standard express shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden handling or courier fees at checkout.
- Pricing Display: All shipping and garment pricing are denominated and billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Dispatch Time: Orders are verified, carefully packaged in protective garment boxes, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Estimated Transit Time:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities and other regions: 3 to 6 business days.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to our premier courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, or Xpressbees), a tracking link and AWB number are automatically sent to your registered mobile number via SMS and WhatsApp.
You can also track your shipment live at any time using our dedicated Order Tracking Portal by entering your Order ID (e.g., NXT-20261025-XXXX).
4. Packaging Standards
All Nextone garments are sealed in moisture-proof, tamper-evident bespoke packaging to guarantee that your streetwear arrives in pristine condition. If you notice any signs of outer package tampering or damage upon delivery, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately.
5. Payment Modes & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure fast courier dispatch and prevent fraudulent order drop-offs, our payment options are structured as follows:
- 100% Online Prepaid: Available on all orders with zero extra charges via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking through Cashfree.
- Single Item Orders (₹299 & ₹399): Full online prepaid is required. COD is not available for single item purchases under ₹699.
- 3-Shirt Combo Orders (₹699): Cash on Delivery is available with a mandatory partial advance of ₹150 paid online at checkout; the remaining ₹549 is collected in cash or UPI by the courier executive at your doorstep.
- High-Value Items & Orders (₹999+): Cash on Delivery is available with a mandatory 20% partial advance paid online at checkout; the remaining 80% balance is payable upon delivery.
