Nextone offers contemporary streetwear, heavy oversized t-shirts, parachute cargo pants, utilitarian jackets, and tactile knitwear (“Products”). We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our garments accurately. However, slight variations in weave or screen color representation may occur.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Currency (INR)

In accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and Cashfree Payment Gateway guidelines, all product prices and service fees on https://nextone.sbs are listed and charged exclusively in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). Prices include all applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST).

We reserve the right to revise our pricing, promotional discounts, or combo deals at any time. The price charged to your payment card or UPI account will be the price stated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

When you place an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (“Cashfree”), an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Netbanking across all major Indian banks.

Your payment details are encrypted using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Nextone does not store your card numbers or CVV on its servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment hub. Standard delivery across India typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery pincode. Real-time courier tracking numbers are automatically sent to your registered phone number and email once dispatched.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, brand names, logos, silhouettes, visual graphics, patterns, website code, and product descriptions featured on https://nextone.sbs are the exclusive intellectual property of Nextone. Unauthorized reproduction, republication, or exploitation of our proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
